Location: An Nūbārīyah, Egypt

hirify.global Egypt produces baking yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeast extracts for food products, animal feed, bread-making, flavorings, colors, and enzymes. The business operates as part of hirify.global’s Middle East & Africa baking region and employs more than 200 people.

What you will do

• Support HR operational and administrative activities.
• Update and organize job descriptions.
• Understand and document blue-collar daily tasks in the factory environment.
• Support HR reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and operational teams.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Be a third- or fourth-year university student.
• Study Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate good organizational abilities.
• Show eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
