Location: Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid: work from home up to 2 days/week)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including validation of inputs, reconciliation, and timely delivery.
  • Administer employee benefits and coordinate updates with external benefit providers.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain and audit HRIS records (preferably PeopleSoft) to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Monitor local labor legislation changes and escalate impacts to the GEO HR Manager.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Reward teams to provide cost of employment data and support business cases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration.
  • Experience with HRIM systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Higher education qualification.
  • Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.

Nice to have

  • Membership in a professional HR association.
  • Currently studying for a professional qualification from a recognized HR body.
