Location: Casablanca, Morocco; in-person participation at the P&G Casablanca office

What you will do
- Lead or support organizational assessment, design, transition, and work process improvement initiatives.
- Work directly with HR functions on meaningful business projects.
- Develop practical understanding of employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, and training and development.
- Solve challenging business cases and build creative solutions based on analysis.
- Apply HR skills in a professional setting and contribute directly to business results.
Requirements
- Currently studying toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree and graduating in fiscal year 2027.
- Relevant majors include Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to set priorities and deliver on commitments.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different people and situations.
- Interest in working in a multicultural and diverse environment and learning on the job.
