Recruitment Operations Intern

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Support recruitment operations initiatives that improve efficiency and service excellence.
• Provide administrative support for strategic projects.
• Review, revise, and maintain talent acquisition documentation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and operational issues.
• Review the processes and technologies supporting recruitment activity.
• Escalate risks, control gaps, and critical issues affecting financial integrity or operational performance, while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Studies in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Independent working attitude and a proactive mindset.
• Availability to work in the Manchester hybrid arrangement.
