2027 Summer Intern - HR

Location: Hybrid position at hirify.global Headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; internship runs from early June through August 2027.

What you will do

• Assist HR functions with daily activities and special projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Support projects across Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Corporate HR.
• Participate in job shadowing, mentoring, training, team meetings, and networking events.
• Contribute ideas to HR modernization and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree focused on human resources or business.
• Completed at least the first year of undergraduate study.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic HR principles.
• Ability to perform administrative work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
