Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship - Summer 2027

Location: Hartford, CT; the internship program is also based in St. Paul, MN. Positions run from early June through the end of summer. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Complete a Human Resources and business development curriculum.
• Work on defined, project-based assignments in compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, people analytics, or HR operations.
• Build technical skills, business insight, and professional competencies for a career in Human Resources.
• Use modern analytical and artificial intelligence tools while evaluating the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
• Interact and network with HR senior leaders, program alumni, current interns, and other levels of management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization required; must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future.

• Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic Human Resources concepts and practices.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.
