Location: On-site at the Tennessee facility in McMinnville/Rock Island, United States
Full-time position. Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available; applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the applicable country.

What you will do
- Lead the facility Safety Committee and coordinate site-wide safety initiatives and improvement efforts.
- Develop, monitor, and deliver safety training while maintaining compliance with government regulations and company standards.
- Investigate safety incidents, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and strengthen hazard identification and elimination programs.
- Prepare safety reports, manage documentation, represent the facility during government audits and inspections, and address findings.
- Oversee PPE use and management, maintain a visible workplace presence, and promote safety awareness and accountability.
- Collaborate on equipment and machinery safety reviews and support environmental activities such as sampling, data maintenance, and waste shipments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with environmental, health, and safety responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and risk-assessment skills.
- Technical proficiency and a hands-on, structured approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to implement, coordinate, and follow through on safety initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
- Current full-time work authorization in the applicable country without present or future employer-sponsored immigration support.
