Director, Learning and Development (Financial Services)

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States. Hybrid work model with three days per week required at the corporate office.

What you will do

• Translate business priorities and organizational capability needs into enterprise leadership development solutions.
• Design, deliver, and scale microlearning, cohort-based programs, digital resources, performance support tools, and hybrid learning experiences.
• Partner with Talent Management, HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders on executive development, succession planning, and emerging capability initiatives.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and coach frontline, mid-level, and senior leaders.
• Use learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, LMS platforms, and authoring tools to improve engagement, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendors and evaluate programs using learning data, business outcomes, and ROI analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
• 10–12 years of professional HR experience focused on talent development and learning, including at least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and scaling leadership development programs across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning, coaching, 360-degree feedback, competency frameworks, instructional design, and organizational change management.
• Proficiency with LMS and learning technologies; Workday Learning experience is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, project management, analytics, and business partnership skills.

• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience with Workday Learning.
• Knowledge of Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI, and other learning evaluation models.
