Learning & Leadership Development Solutions Lead (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; employees are expected to work at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, delivery, and portfolio management of learning and leadership development solutions.
• Curate learning experiences for different leadership levels and business functions, evaluating effectiveness through data and stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent teams, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and align solutions with business objectives.
• Manage external learning providers, thought leaders, budgets, contracts, and vendor-delivered program quality.
• Own selected learning platforms, overseeing configurations, content deployment, reporting, user experience, governance, and optimization.
• Oversee program operations, including enrollment, communications, logistics, learner support, testing, issue resolution, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in learning and leadership development, including program design and portfolio management.
• Experience managing open-enrollment or enterprise-wide learning programs in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align learning strategies with organizational goals.
• Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning technologies, and data analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple active programs and use AI-enabled learning technologies.
