Inventory Control Manager

What you will do

• Manage inventory accuracy across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Coordinate cycle counts, counting transactions, discrepancy investigations, and supporting documentation with Finance.
• Improve bin storage, put-away turn times, inventory transactions, replenishment, and consolidation.
• Manage quarantined and scrap inventory, including timely disposition and issue escalation.
• Establish and manage inventory KPIs, policies, procedures, and corrective actions.
• Train and develop team members, implement cross-training, and maintain 7S initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations planning, or a similar area.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, plus ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, handle stressful situations professionally, and build productive internal and external relationships.
