Inventory Control Analyst (Medical Devices)

Salary: $19.60–$29.40 per hour

What you will do

• Run daily cycle count sheets and conduct cycle counts across warehouse sub-inventory locations using the ERP system.
• Identify root causes of incorrect inventory balances and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor work-in-process and on-hand inventory, including investigating and resolving negative quantities.
• Perform spot counts of suspect balances and weekly counts of Kanban items, reporting discrepancies and findings.
• Report recurring deficiencies in inventory movements and material handling so corrective actions can be implemented.
• Support MRB activities and continuous improvement initiatives, including monitoring discrepancies and DMR disposition activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
• Demonstrated experience using an ERP inventory control system.
• Strong research, problem-solving, organizational, computer, communication, and mathematical skills.
• Experience with Excel; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency and the ability to work on site are required for the role.
