Inventory Control Technician

Location: Everett, WA, United States; on-site

Salary: $32–$39 per hour, plus equity

What you will do

• Complete daily cycle counts across assigned warehouse areas.
• Research, document, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Submit completed counts, findings, and recommendations to the Inventory Control Manager.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and recurring issues.
• Support inventory workflow optimization and warehouse defragmentation efforts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with audits and annual physical inventory counts.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with inventory systems such as WMS, ERP, or MES, as well as Excel.
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause investigation skills.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to work on-site in Everett, Washington.
