Inventory Coordinator

Location: Del Rey, California, USA; onsite, full-time

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Determine weekly ingredient requirements from production trackers and schedule deliveries from offsite locations.
• Verify and schedule ingredient transfers for blending, drumming, and research and development needs.
• Perform cycle counts, end-of-month counts, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments across onsite and third-party warehouses.
• Track raw materials, finished goods, drums, and PDN products to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process Oracle receipts, sales orders, transfer orders, EDI issue reports, and return authorizations.
• Investigate inventory errors, identify root causes, update procedures, and provide inventory reports.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• A two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle R12 and EDI structures.
• Advanced skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Forklift certification and the ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and independent-work skills; flexibility with the daily schedule.
