Maintenance (12 Hour Rotational Swing Shift)

Location: Belle, Missouri, United States; onsite, 12-hour rotational swing shift

Salary: Starting hourly rate of $29.32

What you will do

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment malfunctions, identify replacement parts, and complete repairs.
• Perform maintenance across machinery, mechanical power transmission, rotary and stationary equipment, electrical devices, wiring, pneumatics, hydraulics, and related systems.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks with minimal direction while upholding maintenance standards.
• Support operators and provide work leadership during shutdowns, down days, and breakdowns.
• Use the CMMS to document labor hours, spare parts, work orders, equipment changes, and maintenance history.

Requirements

• Leadership experience involving team leadership, scheduling, or planning.
• Ability to manage teams during shutdowns, down days, and equipment breakdowns.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, computer, and equipment-maintenance skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical aptitude.
• Welding and fabrication skills.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in an applicable field.
• Experience with sheet metal, carpentry, pipe fitting, rolling stock, PC program manipulation, and equipment wiring.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, ANSI, electrical, mechanical, or structural drawings, and WCO methodologies.
