Maintenance Technician - Weekend Day Shift

Location: Gallatin, Tennessee, United States; onsite, full-time. Weekend day shift: Thursday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $25.29–$40.48 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on critical machinery, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Install conduit and electrical drops, selecting appropriate components and materials.
• Machine, fabricate, and weld parts for production equipment and process improvement upgrades.
• Determine repair options, order parts, and support building and facilities projects with contractors.

Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance or related experience.
• Detailed knowledge of PLC controls and automation.
• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical power systems.
• Working knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and building maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, company policies, and ISO documentation requirements.
• Ability to use email, research parts online, and record work requests in maintenance software.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or equivalent education from a college, technical school, or related program.
