AI Engineer

Location: On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany; relocation to Munich is required.

What you will do

• Design and build production AI agents that autonomously perform observed, repeatable work tasks.
• Work directly with customers to identify high-value automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Ship automations that reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
• Own AI agents across the full lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Experiment with new models and techniques, benchmark results, and ship effective solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI product development.
• Proven experience shipping LLM-based systems in production is required.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with the AI agent lifecycle.
• Experience converting observed or documented workflows into deployable AI automations.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and take a product-minded approach to human–AI interfaces.
• Must be able to relocate to Munich; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI observability and monitoring, including metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Background in enterprise AI, business process automation, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience working in early-stage environments with high ownership and fast iteration cycles.
