AI Deployment Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement integrations between client systems and the hirify.global platform.
• Architect scalable agentic AI and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Translate proof-of-concept AI systems into production-ready, scalable workflows.
• Build APIs, connectors, automation scripts, and data pipelines.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise engineering teams.
• Surface recurring patterns from client deployments to influence product roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Reading, UK or Berlin, Germany.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and Go.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building APIs.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle, including training, inference, and evaluation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level and deeply technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as required.
