Functional Business Consultant (Sales)

Location: Senec, Slovakia; hybrid work model

Salary: from €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Own and improve end-to-end Sales processes, including Lead-to-Order, quotation, pricing, and order management.
• Partner with the Sales organization and ensure consistent process and data flow between CRM and ERP systems.
• Configure and optimize Sales functionality in IFS Cloud and act as the functional counterpart for Dynamics CRM.
• Analyze incidents and change requests, support testing and releases, and help maintain system quality.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution concepts, and decision templates.
• Coordinate external service providers, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and enable users through training and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong understanding of Sales processes in an industrial or B2B environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS, and CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Ability to work across CRM and ERP system boundaries.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Very good English skills.
