Senior IT Business & Data Analyst for Finance Reporting & Analytics (Palantir Foundry)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work

Salary: EUR 3,200–5,300 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Own system and process implementation and improvement initiatives from requirements definition through implementation and validation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to refine needs and propose scalable, pragmatic Reporting & Analytics solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, scope, and timelines.
• Support Product Owners with delivery planning and product backlog management.
• Implement new products and features while supporting existing Reporting & Analytics applications and data products in a BAU environment.
• Perform data analysis, design large-scale data pipelines, and ensure data consistency, quality, reliability, governance, lineage, and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT business analysis or hybrid technical/business roles.
• Experience with database concepts, data structures, and software development using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into feasible, scalable, and implementable technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong command of Agile ways of working and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Expertise in data pipelines, data governance, data quality, lineage, data management frameworks, and audit or control standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or comparable data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Background in Finance, Sustainability, FP&A, or the reinsurance industry.
• Experience applying AI technologies to product development and business analysis.
