Senior IT Data Business Analyst

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: EUR 3,200–5,300 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to collect, maintain, and clarify business requirements.
• Translate complex business terminology into clear technical language and vice versa.
• Create complete, consistent, verifiable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a deep understanding of data models, business context, and the end-to-end data cycle.
• Transform raw data into actionable reports and visualizations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify problems, answer business questions, and generate quantitative and qualitative insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data validation skills.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and troubleshooting reporting issues.
• Ability to present applications and demos to internal and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to agile development approaches such as Scrum and familiarity with Azure DevOps or Confluence.
• Business fluency in English and availability for the Bratislava-based hybrid arrangement.
