Senior Business Consultant (AI/SaaS)

Location: Remote from Czechia or Slovakia, or full-time onsite at offices in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague

Base salary: 902,000–1,127,000 CZK per year

What you will do

• Become a subject-matter expert on the hirify.global Engagement platform.
• Support client implementations by gathering business requirements, preparing data structures, managing data migrations, and deploying automated programs.
• Audit websites, online shops, and apps; design, manage, and evaluate A/B tests to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
• Advise clients on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, email, and mobile technologies.
• Teach clients to use the CDP platform, prepare business reports, and develop strategies and roadmaps with Customer Success Managers.
• Oversee client application, website, and online-shop implementations while using AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, or in-house e-commerce.
• Strong consulting, communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, customer lifetime value, email automation, reactivation, attribution modeling, prediction, product recommendations, and e-commerce.
• Ability to work independently, self-organize, navigate ambiguity, and manage challenging stakeholder situations.
• English required; Spanish, French, or Italian skills are preferred in addition to English.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of the hirify.global Engagement platform.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and MCPs.
