What you will do
- Supervise teams performing assembly activities and coordinate work orders, staffing, schedules, and workload planning.
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, operations project engineers, quality control, and project managers to meet project requirements.
- Manage department performance against cost, quality, schedule, and safety objectives.
- Develop employees through hiring, training, performance management, and updated training curricula.
- Implement standard work procedures and continuous improvement initiatives to increase department productivity.
- Maintain safe work practices and HSE programs, including Lock-out Tag-out, while managing tools, equipment, and department budgets.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- Heavy mechanical experience with pumps, motors, process piping, valves, control valves, skid-based units, process skids, and instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID, ISO, and engineering assembly drawings and perform shop math.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, coordination, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing facility, lift objects up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 11 hours per day, and follow required safety practices.

- Experience working in an ISO-certified environment.
