Annuity New Business Case Manager (Hybrid) (Finance)

Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home. The required number of in-office days may change, and campus attendance may be required at any time. Approximately 10% travel to a Guardian work location is required.

Salary: $49,260.00–$73,890.00 per year, plus potential annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the central contact for financial advisors regarding outstanding requirements for new business and post-issue annuity transactions.
• Monitor application status across systems and coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and partners to resolve issues.
• Apply expertise in annuity products, systems, replacement regulations, Best Interest standards, suitability requirements, and order-entry platforms.
• Escalate issues, recommend solutions, and balance processing speed, accuracy, customer service, risk management, and compliance.
• Partner with Product Management, Compliance, Operations, and other departments on compliant product launches and process improvements.
• Support cross-functional projects, systems testing, management updates, and team training materials.

Requirements

• At least two years of financial services or annuity operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational, written, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple business processes simultaneously with a high level of accountability and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 securities license.
