Life & Annuity Compliance Analyst (Life Insurance & Annuities)

What you will do

• Research, analyze, resolve, and respond to consumer complaints from customers, attorneys, customer representatives, and regulators.
• Review and investigate non-fraud agent matter referrals through interviews, file reviews, and collaboration with business partners.
• Contribute to disciplinary recommendations when appropriate.
• Complete routine and ad-hoc compliance tasks within established time standards and procedures.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
• Apply judgment to determine appropriate actions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in compliance, life insurance, and/or annuities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic compliance topics with training and guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters tactfully, maintain confidentiality, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders at all levels.
