Life & Annuity Compliance Analyst (AML)

Salary: $57,375–$84,150 USD per year

What you will do

• Research, analyze, and respond to AML transaction-monitoring cases using departmental tools and established techniques.
• Review and investigate fraud referrals, including interviews and file reviews.
• Collaborate with business partners on disciplinary recommendations when appropriate.
• Apply company policies and procedures to determine appropriate actions for moderate-scope cases and ad-hoc assignments.
• Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues while working under general supervision and escalating significant exceptions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in compliance, life insurance, and/or annuity work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate general compliance topics with guidance and collaborate effectively with business partners.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
