Maintenance Technician II (1:30pm to 10:00pm)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain moderately complex electrical and mechanical equipment, including manual and automated machinery.
• Support preventive and reactive maintenance for production equipment, conveyors, structural materials, and building systems.
• Work with process and electronic controls, secondary distribution systems, house wiring, and three-phase industrial power under supervision.
• Perform welding, metal fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, layout, and construction activities.
• Communicate repair status and expected downtime to maintenance and production leadership.
• Document completed work, inspect repairs, maintain a safe workplace, and train colleagues on maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of work experience and skill development.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of general building maintenance experience, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and read construction, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to install, maintain, and repair manual and automated machinery with supervision.
• Medium–heavy physical demand work, including maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing manual and automated machinery.
• Basic skills in light metal fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
