Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Location: Onsite at the manufacturing facility in St. Pauls, North Carolina, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and equipment upkeep.
• Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, wiring, transformers, and related components.
• Use the CMMS to track maintenance tasks and document work.
• Dismantle defective machinery, install repaired parts, and maintain manual and CNC mills and lathes.
• Participate in problem-solving, training, continuous improvement, and Kaizen activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical abilities, with the ability to read basic mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with CMMS maintenance operations and Microsoft Word and Excel or equivalent software.
• Forklift experience and adherence to applicable safety practices, laws, codes, and regulations.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required pre-employment testing.
