Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment, including PLC and numeral controls.
• Perform installations, startups, and shutdowns of equipment following company safety and OSHA requirements.
• Execute preventive maintenance functions and maintain performance records for identified equipment.
• Advise operators and line mechanics on safe operation procedures for electrical and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to provide technical troubleshooting and training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.
• Proficiency in computer operation and PLC programming.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (9 pm - 5:30 am) and overtime as required.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Franklin, NH.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with cutting, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to cover other shifts if needed.
