Salesforce Senior Specialist

What you will do

• Partner with local markets and regional stakeholders to analyse processes, gather requirements, and facilitate structured discovery workshops.
• Own Salesforce and CRM project delivery from scoping and requirements through configuration, testing, and production deployment.
• Perform gap analyses and design Salesforce solutions that improve business performance and long-term efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Represent regional priorities in discussions with global counterparts and manage the enhancement and issue backlog.
• Drive resolution of system and process issues, conduct user training, and maintain documentation for users across multiple markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems, or consulting, including meaningful Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience as a power user, configurator, or administrator, with the ability to translate requirements into system design.
• Experience delivering complex projects independently and writing user stories and acceptance criteria for CRM or SaaS implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business context to technical teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Experience with JIRA or similar tools is a plus.
