Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Project Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Noida, India — hybrid; UK shift from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

What you will do

• Define strategy, gather and develop requirements, and implement practical business solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Coordinate complex Salesforce project implementations and deployments across multiple projects, teams, and clients.
• Coordinate projects and communicate with high-level stakeholders, clients, internal teams, and contractors.
• Support managed services and Salesforce support engagements.
• Plan ahead using forecasts and manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder cooperation.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience, including at least 8 years as a business analyst in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
• Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and delivering business solutions.
• Experience coordinating projects with senior stakeholders and working across multiple teams and clients.
• Proficiency with Agile development tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, also referred to as Revenue Cloud.
