R - Business Analyst and Product Commercialization Lead (Enterprise SaaS)

What you will do

• Develop epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, business rules, and dependency documentation for the Enterprise Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Management, engineering, QA, SMEs, Services, and business stakeholders to make requirements development-ready.
• Review delivered functionality against acceptance criteria, track progress and scope changes, and support backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and reporting.
• Own release communications, including release notes and briefings for Services, Support, and Sales.
• Maintain customer documentation, create training and enablement materials, and deliver internal enablement sessions.
• Support implementation templates, launch readiness, and adoption reporting for newly released functionality.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in business analysis, product management, product commercialization, or a comparable software product role.
• At least two years as a member of an Agile team, ideally as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
• Experience writing user stories and testable acceptance criteria, working with stakeholders and SMEs, and translating needs into development-ready requirements.
• Experience producing customer-facing documentation, release notes, user guides, or training materials, with strong written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile and Kanban practices, and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Comfort using AI tools for content maintenance and working with product usage or support data for adoption and quality reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gherkin acceptance criteria, enterprise SaaS products, cloud architectures, system implementations, or integrations.
• Background in food technology, food science, food compliance, PLM, or related food-industry software.
• Experience with product launch readiness, customer-facing documentation sites, product analytics, or support ticket data.
• Experience configuring AI agent skills with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools for content maintenance or reporting.
• Experience translating UI/UX storyboards into development stories.
