MEP Superintendent (Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection): Coordinating the scheduling, installation, testing, and close-out of mechanical and electrical building systems with an accent on subcontractor coordination, shop drawings, and construction compliance. Focus on resolving complex coordination issues across life-safety, power, low-voltage, medical equipment, and other building systems while monitoring field progress and schedule performance.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time onsite position with travel as required and possible supervision of multiple projects across a large geographic area.

What you will do
- Coordinate installation sequences, milestones, testing schedules, submittals, long-lead items, and project close-out activities.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, subcontractor proposals, budgets, scope sheets, and payment requests for accuracy, compliance, and coordination.
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical systems with plumbing, fire protection, structural, architectural, life-safety, low-voltage, medical, and imaging systems.
- Monitor onsite work, materials, fabrication, schedule compliance, progress updates, and contract requirements.
- Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
- Support estimating, preconstruction, change-order reviews, temporary systems, subcontractor evaluations, and final owner acceptance.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive supervisory-level field construction experience.
- Technical background in electrical and mechanical trades.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws, contracts, craft labor assignments, and construction coordination.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify, address, and solve jobsite problems.
