Plumbing Superintendent

Location: Chandler, Arizona, at the CSUSA-SW headquarters; full-time field and project-site responsibilities

What you will do

• Manage field manpower, staffing levels, workforce performance, productivity, and day-to-day coordinated operations across construction projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and foremen on work plans, manpower loading, schedules, budgets, and three-week look-aheads.
• Promote construction safety, OSHA compliance, teamwork, accountability, training, and effective field communication.
• Review project documents, daily reports, job cost reports, schedules, quality, materials, rentals, overtime, and temporary labor.
• Visit job sites, coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors, monitor installations, and address punch-list and remediation requirements.
• Maintain foreman documentation, manpower trackers, CDR, Procore records, QA/QC follow-up, and recurring operations and foreman meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum eight years of foreman-level or higher experience in plumbing or the prospective trade.
• Competent understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, including the ability to identify problems and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Sound knowledge of construction industry practices and OSHA requirements.
• Strong organization, time management, decision-making, communication, troubleshooting, and field coordination skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical education, or eight years of related experience and training.
• Pre-employment drug screening, a clean motor vehicle record, and a background check are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with BIM coordination, prefabrication, Procore, CDR, QA/QC procedures, and job cost control.
