Commercial Claims Adjuster Associate - Auto (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Support adjusters through all phases of the commercial auto claim lifecycle.
• Respond to policyholder, claimant, injured worker, agency, and stakeholder inquiries about claim status, payments, bills, and related matters.
• Gather and verify missing information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, vendors, and other parties.
• Prepare state filings, closing documents, correspondence, and other claim documentation.
• Maintain complete and accurate records in the claims management system.
• Coordinate appraisers, attorneys, and contractors, and process payments and invoices according to company policies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in insurance or claims.
• Ability to obtain required state licensing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with claims management software is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
