Senior Associate Product Designer (Golf Gear)

What you will do

• Create, develop, and refine product concepts for the Titleist Gear, Club Glove, and Links & Kings franchises.
• Apply art, graphic design, sketching, 2D/3D CAD, model making, pattern making, and hands-on fabrication.
• Collaborate with product design, development, engineering, suppliers, and international partners to translate form, function, and brand intent into commercially viable products.
• Conduct concepting, prototyping, research, design critiques, vendor engagements, and product documentation.
• Support intellectual property efforts and manage project milestones and product calendars.
• Contribute to material innovation, seasonal color and trend forecasting, tech-pack development, and product presentation through commercialization.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Product Design or a closely related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in product design or a related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Clo 3D and/or SolidWorks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with 2D and 3D prototyping, including sketching, model making, pattern making, and hands-on fabrication.
• Knowledge of product design and development processes, materials, construction methods, engineering design techniques, and market trends.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and project timeline management skills.

Nice to have

• PLM experience.
• Knowledge of golf and travel gear design, with a strong passion for golf gear and golf culture.
• Experience with tech-pack building, seasonal color, and trend forecasting.
