Pay range: $78,831.00–$98,486.00 annually

What you will do

• Create, develop, and refine product concepts for the Titleist Gear, Club Glove, and Links & Kings franchises.
• Apply art, industrial design, graphic design, and 2D/3D CAD skills to translate form, function, and brand intent into viable products.
• Develop concepts through sketching, prototyping, research, model making, painting, and hands-on fabrication.
• Collaborate with product design, development, engineering, vendors, and international partners.
• Support intellectual property efforts, design critiques, vendor engagements, and product documentation.
• Contribute to material innovation and visual storytelling from initial inspiration through commercialization.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a closely related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in product design or a related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, 3D CAD software such as Fusion 360 and/or SolidWorks, and 2D/3D prototyping methods.
• Knowledge of product design processes, materials, construction methods, engineering design techniques, and market trends.
• Strong project milestone and product calendar management, communication, presentation, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally occasionally and lift or carry product samples.

• PLM experience.
• Knowledge of golf and travel gear design.
