Director, Construction (Data Centers)

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana, United States. Domestic travel of up to 20% is required. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background and drug screening.

What you will do

• Direct construction projects across the region, managing budgets, schedules, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate general contractors, owner-direct vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and forecast project budgets, cost reports, schedules, and delivery risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional project management staff.
• Partner with Engineering, EH&S, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure project delivery.
• Present project reports and analyses to senior leadership, clients, and partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction management experience, including large-scale data centers or comparable complex, fast-track projects.
• Experience delivering ground-up, core and shell, utility, sitework, and fit-out projects; projects of $500M+ are preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, schedules, budgets, payment applications, cost controls, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM platforms is preferred.
