Construction Manager (AI Data Centers)

Location: Remote within the USA, with frequent travel to project sites in Texas and other geographies. Team and company on-sites may occur periodically.

What you will do

• Lead pre-construction planning, project execution plans, budgets, schedules, logistics, contractor scopes, and procurement activities.
• Review designs, specifications, equipment requirements, and contractor proposals for constructability, coordination issues, and scope gaps.
• Direct field construction across civil, structural, architectural, life-safety, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, controls, SCADA, communications, security, and equipment-installation scopes.
• Coordinate contractors, trade partners, engineering, procurement, project management, superintendents, and site leadership.
• Track progress, critical-path impacts, staffing, materials, equipment, deliveries, changes, and corrective actions.
• Drive RFIs, design clarifications, submittals, punch-list completion, demobilization, record documents, and turnover readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or energy project management.
• Experience managing complex contractor networks and large-scale procurement.
• Strong understanding of permitting, utility coordination, and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or Procore, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
