Planning & Production Readiness Lead (Construction)

What you will do

• Develop turnover phasing plans and coordinate design, civil, exterior, and site improvement zones.
• Identify constructability conflicts, chokepoints, schedule risks, and logistical or jurisdictional issues before construction.
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, AHJ representatives, fire inspectors, and site construction teams.
• Prepare turnover documentation, support city pre-construction meetings, and align requirements with project schedules and NTP readiness.
• Support value engineering, BIM, clash detection, model coordination, and digital planning workflows.
• Use approved enterprise AI tools to draft, summarize, analyze, and reduce manual work while reviewing outputs for accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Full-time, office-based position in Dallas, Texas.
• At least 4 years of multifamily construction experience, including at least 1 year in pre-construction planning, engineering, or coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of construction building codes, multifamily phasing, AHJ turnover requirements, and fire inspection startup processes.
• Experience managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and supporting quality and compliance.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, project reporting systems, and interpretation of civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
