What you will do

• Account for electrical data integration into the DMU and PLM environment.
• Ensure efficient and robust methods and tools solutions for the electrical design office.
• Align development objectives and the PLM landscape with hirify.global Helicopters Engineering strategy and DDMS capabilities.
• Identify and manage risks and impediments, including mitigation actions.
• Define performance metrics, prepare stakeholder reporting, and prioritize continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Bridge customer needs, market trends, and PLM capabilities while facilitating multifunctional collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience with CAD design, EWIS, and PLM integration.
• Experience in an hirify.global Helicopters design office.
• Proven experience leading deliveries that improve efficiency and performance.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, influencing, conflict-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of agile project-management methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Negotiation-level English and French required.

Nice to have

• Experience in DO/PO.
• German language skills.
