What you will do
- Analyze, document, evaluate, and optimize existing business processes.
- Identify and support digitalization, automation, and AI use cases that improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Design and model business processes, functional concepts, and implementation plans.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements with software development and IT teams.
- Coordinate initiatives through implementation and support testing, user acceptance, and process documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical experience collaborating with software development and IT teams, plus familiarity with process modeling and requirements engineering.
- Fluent German and good English communication skills are required.
