What you will do
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Partner with business departments to drive digital transformation and the integration of AI to increase efficiency.
- Design, model, and improve business processes by creating functional concepts and implementation plans.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for software development and IT teams.
- Plan and facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Coordinate process improvement and AI initiatives from inception through to successful implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in business process management or business analysis.
- Proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes.
- Fluent German and good English communication skills.
- Solid technical skills and experience in requirements engineering and process modeling methodologies.
- Must be based in or able to work in Gunzenhausen, Germany.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.
