Business Process & Continuous Improvement Lead

What you will do

• Lead current-state discovery, process walkthroughs, data reviews, gemba observations, and end-to-end process mapping.
• Identify root causes, bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, data issues, and cross-functional handoff breakdowns.
• Design future-state workflows, roles, decision rights, standard work, controls, escalation paths, and performance measures.
• Plan and facilitate improvement workshops, root-cause reviews, kaizens, pilots, and rapid prototypes.
• Implement new workflows, management systems, controls, documentation, training, and operating routines with business teams.
• Establish dashboards, operating reviews, adoption checks, corrective actions, and structured handoffs to functional owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations, supply chain, business, engineering, finance, information systems, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of related experience; equivalent alternatives include 6 years with a master’s degree or 3 years with a PhD.
• Demonstrated success mapping and redesigning complex end-to-end processes across multiple functions.
• Hands-on experience implementing process changes, supported by structured problem-solving, analytical, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Working knowledge of process governance, decision rights, controls, metrics, change adoption, and sustainment.
• Experience in semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics, capital equipment, high-mix manufacturing, service, logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
• Experience with process-mining, workflow, analytics, automation, modeling, visualization, ERP, CRM, planning, manufacturing execution, data warehouse, or reporting platforms.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, BPM, change-management, internal-controls, or related certification.
• Experience with SIOP or IBP, capacity planning, manufacturing processes, service operations, or technology transfer.
