SME Account Manager

Location: Galway, Ireland; full-time onsite role at the Galway Financial Services Centre.

Compensation: up to €28,800 per year.

What you will do

• Manage and represent a portfolio of 400–500 SME customer accounts.
• Respond to customer account issues and queries and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and implement account management strategies that support customer growth and profitability.
• Promote and cross-sell hirify.global products to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication and engagement methods to individual customer needs.
• Work with the wider team, support other portfolios when needed, and achieve defined KPI targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account management or sales.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strategic thinking and effective planning skills.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing and developing customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
