TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving sales for the UK & Ireland market by prospecting, managing leads, and closing deals for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on understanding customer needs and articulating value. Focus on developing pipeline through outbound initiatives and building relationships with C-suite executives.

Location: Hybrid, requiring in-person work 3 days a week at a UK hub. Legal authorisation to work in the UK is required.

What you will do

  • Prospecting and managing outbound and inbound leads for the UK & Ireland market.
  • Presenting demos to potential clients and owning the full sales cycle until closing the deal.
  • Understanding the needs of target prospects and articulating the value hirify.global provides.
  • Conducting high-level discussions with various stakeholders, from Office Managers to CFOs.
  • Maintaining accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to increase awareness and improve the lead qualification process.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and video presentation skills.
  • Experience working with the UK and Irish Markets.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as if it were your first language.
  • Solid experience in a Sales position with a proven track record of developing pipeline through outbound initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing successful relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to work as an individual contributor within a team.
  • Legal authorisation to work in the UK is required.
