Business Developer On Trade

Location: Clare, Limerick, and Kerry, Munster, Ireland (Remote)

What you will do

• Market and promote Richmond’s premium product portfolio within the licensed on-trade channel.
• Build direct and indirect route-to-market business and achieve value and volume targets.
• Execute promotions and improve product visibility across the trade.
• Monitor and report competitor and industry updates.
• Maintain high standards of credit management across the customer base.
• Build relationships and coordinate with the On-Trade Regional Business Manager, Head of On-Trade, Telesales, brand, marketing, and other teams.

Requirements

• Eligibility to drive in the island of Ireland and a full clean driver’s licence.
• Proven sales record and knowledge of the licensed trade.
• Excellent relationship-building, customer-focus, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and good negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain high productivity and adhere to company policies, procedures, appearance, behaviour, discipline, and performance appraisal standards.
