Senior Manager Individual Business Communications

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week at one of the U.S. hub locations: Hudson Yards, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; Holmdel, New Jersey; or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Salary: $103,450–$169,960 annual base pay, with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Advise senior business stakeholders on communication strategy, audience needs, timing, sequencing, channels, and message clarity.
• Lead governance for field communications, coordinating priorities and reducing communication noise across business functions.
• Develop planning tools, content calendars, intake practices, and standards for consistent colleague and field communications.
• Create and oversee communications across email, newsletters, portals, leader talking points, event materials, and other channels.
• Use segmentation, data, field feedback, and metrics to tailor messaging and improve communication effectiveness.
• Shape communications for town halls, national meetings, regional events, virtual forums, and other engagement moments while applying automation and AI.

Requirements

• Seasoned communications professional able to lead complex workstreams independently and advise stakeholders through ambiguity.
• Strong judgment, autonomy, collaboration, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience translating business strategy into clear, audience-centered communications.
• Ability to use insights, feedback, and data to improve communication effectiveness and business impact.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Must work three days per week at one of the listed U.S. hub locations.
