PT Sales Lead - Helly Hansen

Location: Tulalip, Washington, United States; onsite retail store role.

Pay: $18–$21.75 per hour

What you will do

• Open and close the store and act as Manager on Duty when other leaders are absent.
• Deliver customer service by identifying customer needs, recommending products, assisting in fitting rooms, and promoting the rewards program.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance and loyalty enrollment goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
• Process freight, transactions, and cash while maintaining point-of-sale integrity and following loss prevention procedures.
• Assign tasks, communicate employee concerns, and assist with onboarding and training new team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Must arrive on time and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week, including one weekend day and rotating holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly, operate cash registers and other store technology, and remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to regularly lift or maneuver 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, reaching, stocking, and display assembly tasks.
