Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Arvada/Denver, CO (On-site at least 2 days/week)

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 + Bonus + RSU

What you will do

• Act as an embedded operational finance partner to Manufacturing leadership, translating factory-floor drivers into P&L impacts.
• Build and maintain detailed production cost models, tracking BoM assumptions and total cost-to-produce.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to ensure financial models reflect production schedules and operational bottlenecks.
• Oversee inventory health, E&O reserves, and drive the transition of unit costs into COGS.
• Lead monthly/quarterly financial reviews, budget variance analysis, and performance reporting for the Board and Investors.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Arvada, CO at least 2 days/week.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years supporting a business unit P&L.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance and working knowledge of Cost Accounting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills (driver-based models, sensitivity analysis).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Oracle, SAP) and BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environments.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
