What you will do

  • Record heat, lot, and serial numbers in ERP/MES systems to maintain end-to-end traceability.
  • Stage materials for quality inspection and route nonconforming items to MRB or quarantine.
  • Perform put-away, bin transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, variance investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Pick and kit work orders to BOMs, maintain Kanban supermarkets, and support 5S and standard work.
  • Pack and ship materials, prepare labels and shipping documents, and coordinate LTL, FTL, and expedited carriers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on ERP/WMS experience with inventory transactions and reconciliation, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, or ION.
  • Ability to operate or obtain forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation, labeling, and serial or heat tracking.
  • Ability to use email and spreadsheets and read BOMs, purchase orders, and packing lists.
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hours, lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, operate material-handling equipment, and work overtime or weekends when needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience in nuclear, aerospace, medical device, oil and gas, or another regulated high-traceability industry.
  • Familiarity with NQA-1 quality culture, MRB or quarantine processes, and receiving inspection workflows.
  • Knowledge of hazmat and regulated shipping under DOT, IATA, or IMDG and basic EAR or ITAR awareness.
  • Lean, 5S, root-cause analysis, corrective action, rigging, or load-securement experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature variation.
  • Support the deployment of advanced microreactors and a high-traceability nuclear manufacturing operation.
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required to support manufacturing timelines.
