Warehouse Inbound Operations Manager

What you will do

• Manage receiving operations for direct and indirect materials, including inspections and resolution of discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound inventory accuracy, purchase order processing, and dock-to-staging turnaround with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Schedule warehouse activities, manage cross-training, and maintain operational staffing.
• Establish and track Key Performance Indicators while supporting 7S, safety, quality, and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, physical condition, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and 4–6 years of experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, including prior ERP experience and a strong ERP implementation background.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of 50+ full-time and seasonal employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of safety practices, OSHA requirements, 5S, material-handling equipment, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Ability to work onsite in Georgetown, Texas, stand for prolonged periods, lift 25–50 pounds, bend and reach items from floors and racks, and operate at heights up to 50 feet.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of computer hardware structures and hands-on hardware experience.
• Experience with WMS, Lean, and Six Sigma.
